力生制药股份有限公司的企业战略分析
摘要:天津力生制药股份有限公司最为天津市医药集团有限公司下属企业之一,从2007—2012年,公司的销售额每年13%的速度增长,利润每年以15%的速度递增,从2012年上半年公司的整体形势来看,增长速度明显放缓,公司原有的发展战略已经不适应原有的发展需要,制定行的发展战略势在必行。
面对金融危机的冲击,制药行业必须努力提高自身实力,才能在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。最近几年,我国国内的医药市场发生着很大的变化,国家对于医药行业出台了一系列政策性的措施,包括医疗保险制度的实施等。本文通过分析整个医药行业的市场现状,对天津力生制药股份有限公司的内、外部环境做出分析,并且对占总体销售额绝大部分的主营业物进行战略规划。
本文在进行战略分析的过程中,运用了各种战略分析方法,包括分析外部环境的G—PEST方法,分析行业环境的行业吸引力矩阵,对主营业务分析时运用的波士顿矩阵,还有战略选择分析时运用的SWOT战略分析法。进而提出了力生在未来几年应该采取的发展战略,并且制定了详细的各项对力生未来发展有利的职能战略。

Abstract: TianjinLisheng pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd most Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd, one of the subordinate enterprises, from 2007 to 2012, pany's sales growth rate of 13% per year, profit increasing by 15% annually, from the first half of 2012 pany's overall situation, the growth rate obviously slowed down, the pany development strategy has not adapt the original development needs, formulate the development strategy of line be imperative.
Facing the impact of financial crisis, the pharmaceutical industry must strive to improve their own strength, can in the petition in the talent showing itself. In recent years, a great change has taken place in China's domestic market, the state has adopted a series of policy measures for the pharmaceutical industry, including medical insurance system implementation. In this paper, the market situation analysis from the industry, make the analysis on the external environment of TianjinLisheng pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd, accounted for the overall sales, and the vast majority of main business strategic planning.
