内容提要

我国证券市场经过 10 多年的发展,取得了令人瞩目的成就。然而,
长期以来我国企业债券市场规模与股票市场相比显得微不足道,企业债券
市场与股票市场的发展比例很不协调,是我国证券市场发展的一条“短
腿”,已经成为影响和制约我国证券市场进一步健康、稳定发展的一个非
常重要的因素。因此,如何大力推进我国企业债券市场的发展,是当前摆
在我们面前的一个十分紧迫的任务。为有效地解决这一问题,深圳证券交
易所综合研究所和基金债券部成立联合课题组,开展“中国企业债券市场
现状调查”研究,拟在深入调查了解我国企业债券市场实际状况的基础上,
提出切实推进我国企业债券市场发展的具体措施或政策建议,为政府决策
提供科学的参考依据。
整个调查研究工作从课题提出、问卷设计,到调查组织、数据分析,
再到初步成果成稿,历时半年。调查涉及我国大型及特大型企业 32 家、
上市公司 500 家、机构投资者 122 家以及中介机构(券商)68 家,调查以
问卷方式从我国企业债券市场一线获得约 万个调查数据。通过这些具
有内在关联性的数据所建立的数据库,我们又进一步分析、挖掘出许多有
益的信息。这些数据或信息使我们对我国当前企业债券市场的实际状况有
了更加科学和准确的认识,同时也客观和真实地反映了市场一线参与主体
各方对我国企业债券市场现状及发展中所面临的一些主要热点和难点问
题的朴素见解。相信这些数据或信息将会为企业债券市场参与主体各方特
别是政府和市场组织者的相关决策提供科学的参考依据。
Abstract

China’s security market has achieved tremendous development in
the past decade. However, pared to the stock market, the corporate
bond market has been relatively less developed. The premature corporate
bond market is ing a significant factor hindering the further
development of China’s securities market. How to enhance the
development of the corporate bond market is a critical mission for
financial market regulators and practitioners. In order to provide effective
solutions to this problem, the basic status and viewpoints of all the market
participants is a must.
To know the basic status and viewpoints of all the market
participants about the corporate bond market, Shenzhen Stock Exchange
formed a joint team to carry out the survey. The questionnaires
investigate 32 large enterprises, 500 panies, 122 institutional
investors and 68 financial intermediaries. The survey acquired about 33
thousand data about China’s corporate bond market. The data and
information collected reflect major market players’ behavior and
strategies on the market as well as their opinions on how to develop the
market. We believe these data and information constitute a quantitative
picture
