浅谈提高高职院校图书信息服务的途径

摘

要: 与传统的文献情报服务相比, 网络环境下的信息服务, 无论服务的范围、对象、内容、质量, 还是服务
的过程、模式、体系、特色和层次都发生了变化。本文从提高图书馆人员的服务能力、加强文献资源建设、有针对性
地开展信息素质教育三个方面, 论述如何积极做好图书馆服务模式的转型工作, 以更好地满足高职院校教学、科研的
需要。

Abstracts: Compared to traditional documentation service, the information service work environment has changed no matter
with the aspect of its scope, target, content, quality or the process, mode, system, characteristic and level. From such three aspects of up鄄
grading the skills and ability of librarian, strengthening the documentation resources construction and promoting information quality e鄄
ducation, this article illustrated that how could positively make the mode-change of library e true for that would better meets
the needs from teaching and scientific research of High Vocational Colleges.

高职院校图书馆, 作为人类文化和传播知识信息的服务
中心, 是高职院校教学、科研的服务基地, 肩负着辅助教育
教学的重任, 为高职教育事业的发展搜集、整理和提供各方
面的资料。在数字化和网络化环境下, 传统的服务模式已不
能满足读者的需求, 需要进一步深化图书馆的服务, 开发图
书馆现代化信息服务项目, 积极做好图书馆服务模式的转型
工作, 以更好地满足高职院校教学、科研的需要。
1 提高图书馆工作人员的服务能力
目前, 许多高职院校的图书馆, 在人员配置上多停留于
技术含量偏低的静态文献保存与图书借还服务的层次, 从而
