    兹就以下事项达成本协议:
NOW THE AGREEMENT WITINESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
    “业主/咨询工程师标准服务协议书条件”中分别赋予它们的含义相同。
In this Agreement Words and Expressions shall have the same meanings as are assigned to them in the Conditions of Client/Consultant Model Service Agreement hereinafter referred to.
    ,并应被作为其一部分进行阅读和理解,即:
The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this agreement, namely:
    (1)中标函;The Letter of Acceptance.
    (2)业主/咨询工程师标准服务协议书条件(第1部分——标准条件和第2部分——特殊应用条件);
The conditions of Client/Consultant Model Service Agreement (General conditions and Particular conditions)
    (3)附件,即
The Appendices, namely:
         附件A——服务范围 Appendix A – Scope of Services
         附件B——业主提供的职员、设备、设施和其他人员的服务
Appendix B –personnel, equipment, facilities and services of others to be provided by the client.
         附件C——报酬和支付 Remuneration and payment
    ,咨询工程师在此答应业主遵照本协议书的规定履行服务。
In consideration of the payment made by client to consultant as hereinafter mentioned, the Consultant hereby agrees with client to perform the services in conformity with the provisions of the Agreement.
    ,向咨询工程师支付根据协议书规定应付的款项似此作为履行服务的报酬。
The Client hereby agrees to pay the Consultant in consideration with the performance of Services, such amounts as may e payable under the provisions of the Agreement at the times and in the manner prescribed by the agreement.
本协议书谨于前文所载明之年月日,由立约双方根据其有关的法律签署并开始执行。
