脂肪间充质干细胞用于体表软组织缺损修复的研究进展

【摘要】目的探讨脂肪间充质干细胞在体表软组织缺损修复中的作用,对相关的研究进展进行总结,重点将脂肪间充质干细胞在组织缺损修复中的的优势进行文献综述。方法以adipose tissue-derived stem cell,tissue engineering,stem cells 为检索词,检索Pubmed 数据库(1991-01/2010-06)。以“脂肪间充质干细胞”、”组织工程为检索词”,KI 期刊全文数据库(1991-01/2010-06)。文献检索语种限制为英文和中文。纳入软组织修复的基础及临床研究,排除重复性研究及目的与本文不相关的研究。结论脂肪间充质干细胞在一定条件作用下可以修复皮下软组织缺损,可以作为组织工程的种子细胞。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the function of adipose tissue-derived stem cells in repairing soft tissue defects and summarize the related research development ,especially the advantages of ADSCs in soft tissue Retrieve adipose tissue-derived stem cell,tissue engineering,stem cells in the Pubmed database. Retrieval KI database from (1991-01/2010-06). The literature retrieval language restrictions were in English and Chinese. Remain the basical and clinical research, eliminate repetitive research and the articles are not related to the study. Conclusion ADSCs may be the promising seeds for tissue engineering.
