ABSTRACT
揖铱 Radiotherapy is the mainstay in the treatment of cancers in central nervous system, especially
gliomas. Overall survival can be prolonged for 6-8 months. But recurrence is frequently observed in 90% of patients
after radiotherapy. Escaping from the host's immunological surveillance plays an important role in tumourigenesis.
However, the influence of radiotherapy on the immune escape of tumor is not fully elucidated. In this article, we

reviewed the possible relationship between radiotherapy and immune escape
