吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗32例重度痔疮临床观察

摘要目的:分析吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔疮的临床效果。方法:2013年1月-2014年3月收治重度痔疮患者32例,采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切手术治疗的方式,在术后进行3个月的随访,观察脱出痔核的回缩、黏膜的完整性、止痛剂的使用等方面情况。结果:32例患者的住院时间2~6天,;手术时间10~30分钟,平均20分钟。术后,32例患者的脱出痔核部分全部收回,直肠黏膜完整的有31例(98%),术后不需要进行止痛剂止痛患者28例(90%)。术后3个月的回访,整体满意的29例(92%)。结论:通过采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔疮患者,在临床中能收到很好的效果,这种术式是当前治疗重度痔疮疾病的最佳方式,值得在临床推广使用。
