2 氧2 化铝(拟薄水铝石) 的孔结构研究

摘要:本文阐述了负载型催化剂常用载体γ Al2O3 其前驱物拟薄水铝石的孔结构特征。这
些初始粒子保留它们的相应结构,并对拟薄水铝石在 300 ℃以上焙烧转化为γ Al2O3 的孔分布
有显著影响。介绍了如何区分无定形、拟薄水铝石和薄水铝石;考察了制备方法,焙烧、水热处
理条件,扩孔剂及改进挤条或成型对γ、θAl2O3 孔结构的影响。

Pore structure of modif ied alumina and its pseudoboehmite precursor

Abstract : The structural characteristics of γ Al2O3 and its pseudoboehmite precursor were dis
cussed. These original particles retained their respective structures and had profound effect on
pore size distribution of γ Al2O3 converted from pseudoboehmites upon calcination at above
300 ℃, Method for distinguishing among amorphous pseudoboehmite and boehmite were dis
cussed . Factors affecting pore structure of resultant γ and θAl2O3 were invesigated , such as
preparation method , calcination and hydrothermal treatment condition , pore enlarger and im
provement on extruding or forming process.
