摘要
自 20 世纪 50 年代以来,随着经济全球化的发展,物流以惊人的速度发
展变化,逐渐成为企业的“第三利润源”。配送中心在整个物流系统中占有
重要的地位,要促进物流的合理化发展,就必须科学的选择物流网络中的节
点—物流配送中心的位置。本文在参考大量文献的研究基础上,提出了基于
AHP 的含偏好 DEA 物流配送中心选择模型。
本文介绍了物流配送中心的基本概念及选择准则,并分析了配送中心规
划中比较典型的配送中心选择模型。由于传统物流配送中心选择方法存在着
一些不足和缺陷,如对企业的评价主要以定性为主或以定量为主,本文对这
些方法进行了改进,并提出将定量与定性相结合的基于 AHP 的含偏好 DEA
物流配送中心选择模型。并将该模型运用到一个企业选择物流配送中心的算
例中,详细说明了基于 AHP 的含偏好 DEA 物流配送中心选择的一般计算
和选择的过程,并对含偏好模型与不含偏好模型进行了比较,证明了含偏好
模型能够进一步减少候选物流配送中心的选择范围,便于得到更好的选择结
果。运用该模型进行选择还能够根据企业对各个选择指标的要求和偏好不同
作出符合企业实际需要的选择结果。
本文的研究具有重要的理论和实践意义,提出了物流配送中心决策方法
并建立了基于 AHP 的含偏好 DEA 物流配送中心选择模型,为企业提供了
合理选择的决策依据与方法,从而降低企业的物流成本,提高企业的物流服
务水平。

Abstract
From 1950’s, logistics has developed rapidly and gradually e the third
benefit fountain as the development of the economic globalization. The site
location of logistic is one of the key problems in the whole logistics system. In
order to promote the rationalization of logistics, the site location of logistic must
be selected scientifically. This paper conducts a great deal of literature study and
presents a preferred DEA model based on AHP.
