城市建设成本管理问题及对策研究
——以衡水广厦房地产开发有限公司为例

摘要
成本控制是现代成本管理的重要组成部分,企业的预测、决策、计划和控制是否完善直接关系到企业成本分析研究管理。成本控制的研究不仅可以为企业降低成本并在保证工程质量的条件下实现收益的预测,还可以为企业提供化解经营风险的方法和手段,以保证企业既定目标的实现。若将其与预测、决策相结合,可以帮助企业进行有关的生产决策、定价决策和投资项目不确定性分析。我国工程建设项目众多、投资巨大,但工程施工项目的成本控制研究相对滞后。随着改革的不断深化,市场竞争机制逐渐形成,建筑企业的生产和管理发生了深刻的变化,项目成本控制是决定建筑施工企业市场竞争力的关键,是工程项目管理的中心内容,因此研究项目成本控制对提高施工企业的市场竞争力具有十分重要的意义。
本文通过对衡水广厦房地产开发有限公司房地产项目成本控制的研究,指出其存在的主要问题并结合单位的具体情况,针对这些问题提出要对建筑工程项目施工准备阶段、施工过程及工程竣工验收阶段实施全过程的成本控制,从而保证项目成本控制目标的实现。

Abstract
Cost control is an important part of modern cost management, business forecast, decision-making, planning and control is perfect is directly related to the cost of doing business analysis management.
