摘�要
建材业是泗阳县的传统支柱产业,也是泗阳具有比较优势的产业。随着经济
全球化的迅猛发展和和科学技术的日新月异,我国建材业在迎来新的发展机遇的
同时也将面临更加激烈的挑战。“十一五”期间,泗阳建材业也必然会面对来自国
内外同行业的竞争,建材企业必将向着更大、更强的方向发展,而深化产业结构
调整,做好产业发展战略则是泗阳建材业面对的当务之急。�
本文是以泗阳建材业的现状为研究基础,以战略管理理论和产业经济学等理
论为指导,通过对泗阳建材业进行实地调研和分析明确了泗阳建材业自身的优、
劣势以及所面临的机会与威胁,对影响泗阳建材业发展的内部因素和外部环境、
进行了综合评价。在此基础上运用��分析法对泗阳建材业发展进行了战略匹
配,应用��矩阵对备选战略进行了评分,并采用灰色系统理论中的�(�,�)
模型预测了泗阳建材业的“十一五”发展战略目标。最后为实现战略目标制定了
相应的对策研究。�
�本文是泗阳县国民经济与社会发展“十一五”战略规划中的专项规划,为泗
阳县建材业发展决策提供科学依据。课题已经通过了泗阳县政府的评审,并获得
了好评。论文对其它地区建材业的发展也有一定的借鉴意义。�

ABSTRACT
The building materials industry is the predominant industry of the Siyang County.
But the building materials industry will encounter more petition with the
coming of the whole world economic integration. In the next five years, the Siyang’s
building materials industry will face ing from both the domestic
and the foreign inevitably. The building materials enterprises will certainly to be bigger
and stronger, So deeping the industrial structure adjustment pleting the
industry developmental strategy will be the urgent matter which the Siyang’s building
materials industry will face.
This paper was based on the Siyang’s building materials industry present
applied the theory of strategic management and industrial economics and so
on, and used many analytical methods. First, in order to get the information about the
Siyang County’s building materials industry, the author investigated the Siyang
County’s building materials industry on the spot and searched many data. Second, the
author discovered the strengths and weaknesses of the Siyang County’s building
materials industry through analyzing the internal environment. At the same time, the
author finded out the opportunities and threats that the Siyang County’s building
materials industry have to faced through analyzing the external ,
