浅谈预知性教学在临床护理查房中的应用

【摘要】目的探讨预知性教学法应用在临床护理查房中对培养护生临床综合能力的影响。方法采用随机抽样法选取护理大、中专实习生103名,随机将其分为实验组(N=51)和对照组(N=52)。对照组护生按传统方法进行护理教学查房,实验组护生则运用预知性教学法进行护理查房。结果实习结束时,两组护生临床综合能力的评分与实习开始时相比,实验组护生评分高于对照组,临床综合能力差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论预知性教学法在临床护理查房中的应用不仅提高护生临床综合能力;而且提高带教老师教学素质。
