摘要

随着全业务运营时代的到来,电信业之间的竞争业日趋激烈,在新的竞争形势下,能否
对市场变化作出快速反应将是企业运营成败的关键。传输资源是电信行业的一项重要的战略
性资源,是承载电信业务的基础资源,所以能否实施高效的维护管理,能否对市场和业务发
展提供快速的支撑响应,将直接关系到企业运营的成败。要实现传输资源的高效维护管理和
快速的支撑服务响应,这就需要对现有传输网进行周期性的优化维护工作。
论文首先考察了传输网的主流技术同步数字体系(SDH),对时隙、网元、SDH 复用步骤
等与传输网直接相关的知识进行了重点介绍。对阐述传输网网络优化思路中涉及的关键内
容,如优化的必要性和目的、传输网生产性能指标、优化的流程和内容进行了简要描述。
论文在传输网优化思路的基础上,完成了西安局SDH 传输网络优化方案的实现。主要包
括: 西韩、郑西客、西成等 SDH 传输网络,重点介绍了网络现状及存在问题、解决方案的提
出及优化工程的完成。

ABSTRACT

With full-service era, competition among panies is ing intensely. In the
petitive situation, the ability to respond quickly to market changes will be key to the
ess of business operations. munications transmission resource is an important
strategic business resource for munications, whether panies can implement
efficient maintenance and whether panies can provide rapid response support to
market will are directly related to the ess of business operations. panies can
provide maintenance periodically to achieve efficient maintenance management of transfer
resources and rapid service response.
The paper first examines synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH). Then the paper introduces
knowledge about time slot, network elements, SDH multiplexing step. The paper also expounds
the key work optimization, such as the need, purpose, performance indicators, and process.
Based on work optimization, the paper carrys out work optimization
of Xi'an Railway Bureau, including Xihan SDH work, Zhengxi SDH transmission
network, and Xicheng SDH work. The paper focuses on work status,
problems, solutions pletion of the project.
