个特点,即专利数量:国内外相距甚远,日本独占鳌头;专利领域:制备与应用并举,包装容器与层状产
品最热;专利申请人:我国唯一企业初探,国外知名企业并进;并据此提出我国生物可降解材料聚乳酸
在包装领域应用的发展对策。

Development trend of polylactic acid in packaging applications

Abstract Based on published patents , the packaging applications of biodegradable material polylactic acid at
home and abroad are studied in this paper. There are three development tendencies are found. First , patent quantity :
our country′s lag far behind other countries , leaded by Japan. Second , patent technical field : main in preparation to2
gether with application , packing containers and layered products are prevalent at present. Third , patent applicant : It is
beginning for our pared with many well - known enterprises abroad. According to the above discuss , the
development strategy in our country about PLA in packaging applications is proposed.
