摘要
根据生产任务的不同,减压塔可以分为燃料油型和润滑油油型两种。本次设计
采用大庆原油。大庆原油属于低硫石蜡基原油,其特点是高凝点,高含蜡,胶质高,
沥青质含量不高,柴油十六烷值高,直馏汽油辛烷值低,是制润滑油的好原料。所
以本设计采用了润滑油型加工方案。
根据任务书的要求,对年处理量为 900 万吨的减压蒸馏装置进行了设计。设计
的主要内容包括:工艺设计;塔体设计;接管、抽真空系统及加热炉负荷的计算。
关键词:原油;减压塔;抽真空系统;加热炉负荷
Abstract
According to different production tasks, vacuum tower fuel type and can be divided
into two kinds of lubricating oil. The design uses Daqing crude oil. Daqing crude paraffin
base belonging to low-sulfur crude oil, which is characterized by a high pour point, high
wax, gum high asphaltene content is not high, high cetane diesel, straight-run gasoline
octane low, lubricant system good raw materials. Therefore, the design uses a lubricant
type processing program.
According to the mission statement of the requirements, the annual processing
capacity of 900 tons of vacuum distillation unit has been designed. Design of the main
contents include: process design; tower design; takeover, vacuum systems and furnace load
calculation.
