1 1 1 1 1 2 2 1 1 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 临床肝胆病杂志 2010年第 26卷第 2期 1 205 原发性肝癌患者血清 VEGF、TGF -β1表达水平与浸润转移关系的研究 孙屹峰,张超贤,秦咏梅 (新乡医学院第一附属医院,河南卫辉 453100) 【摘要】目的探讨原发性肝癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及转化生长因子-β1 ( TGF -β1 )的表达水 平与肝癌浸润和转移的相关性。方法采集 98例原发性肝癌患者和 4O例健康志愿者的血清。应用 EL ISA 法检 测受检者血清 VEGF、TGF -β1 的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果原发性肝癌患者血清 VEGF与 TGF -β1 水平显著高于正常对照组( P < 0 01) ,患者血清 VEGF、TGF -β1 的表达水平与患者与肿瘤的组 织学分级、浸润深度、转移密切相关( P < 0 01) 。血清 VEGF与 TGF -β1 水平呈显著正相关( r = 0 418, P < 0 01) 。 结论 VEGF和 TGF -β1与原发性肝癌的病情发展、浸润和转移有密切相关性,临床上,血清 VEGF、TGF -β1的表 达水平可作为了解原发性肝癌生物学行为和判断预后的指标。 【关键词】血管内皮生长因子;转化生长因子-β1;原发性肝癌;血清;浸润;转移 【中图分类号】R735 7 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1001 - 5256 (2010) 02 - 0205 - 03 The Serum L evels of VEGF and TGF - β1 in Pa tien ts w ith Pr imary Hepa tic Carc inoma SUN Yi - feng, ZHANG Chao - xian, Q IN Yong - m ei.
