The model works well bination between simulated result s and GIS graphical information as well as t he display and outp ut of t he state result s in GIS , which was hard to solve before. This model has been applied practically in t he water work of Xianshuigu Town in Tianjin City. The practicability of t he dynamic model was tested and verified paring t he calculated values wit h t he simulated values of MIKE N ET and calculation values of EPAN ET2. 0.
