Abstract: Thirty-five patients with thoracolumbar blowout fractures were treated with posterior short-segmental pedicle bined with transpedicular autogenous bone grafting in Xiangtan First People’s Hospital from August 2002 to July 2006. ①The implant materials included RF-Ⅲ spinal internal fixation device, TENOR internal fixation system and AF spinal fixation system. ②The surgery was performed by chief physician or associate chief physician engaging in spinal surgery. ③The patients were follow up for months averagely. There was no implant breakage or screw loosening, or obvious significant loss of
