[摘要]:以建设长春市道路管理信息系统为目标,分析了需求及现状,介绍了系统总体框架与构建分析。利用GIS、RS二次开发技术进行道路信息管理系统的分析与构建。能够方便市政管理人员快速了解全市道路的基本信息,根据建设年份、使用寿命、提前预警维修时间,方便申请维修资金和制定维修计划。以路网数据为例,提出了市政路网数据模型,完成道路系统的建设,完成道路档案的建库,完成道路档案管理系统的开发。能够满足长春市道路管理业务的需求。

[Abstract] Regarding construction information of road management system of Changchun City as target, I analyse its demand and the present situation, and describe the system of main framework and building analysis. By using GIS and RS’s secondary development of technology, people conduct the analysis and construction of the system of road information management. According to the year of construction , service life and tne time of advance warning to repair ,the municipal administrators can quickly understand the basic information of the city's roads and easily apply for the maintenance funds and make the maintenance plan. work data, for example, es up with the model of municipal work data, pletes the construction of the road system and a database of the road ; and plishes the development of the road file management system. It is able to meet the business needs of the Changchun City road.

20世纪以来,随着计算机技,人类正迈向以信息技术为核心的时代,信息化水平已成为衡量一个和综合发展实力的重要标志。然而,当今迅速发展起来了一门地理学研究新技术--地理信息系统和遥感,即GIS和RS。由于时代的进步和科学技术的日益更新,GIS和RS技术从理论研究走向产业化、实用化,并凭借着数据在信息化管理系统中直观、优越、高效的特性而广泛的应用于各行各业,提供了强有力的信息处理和决策服务支持。现如今,我国城市化建设更在不断的飞速发展和前进,特别是改革开放以来,城市建设规模已不断扩大,城市基础设施的现代化
