摘要
本论文主要介绍8031单片机控制的变频调速供水系统的组成、功能、硬件设计、软件设计及一份外文资料。
8031单片机控制的变频调速供水系统是以 8031 为核心,以显示电路、键盘输入电路、压力测控电路构成的远距离压力检测系统。
8031单片机控制的变频调速供水系统能自动维持调节压力,并根据压力流量信号自动起动备用泵,无极调整压力,供水质量好,不会造成管网压裂,不易造成开龙头时的共振现象;其水泵用变频器软启动,启动水泵时,将其电机自动切换到变频调速状态下进行软启动,消除了对电网的冲击,能延长水泵的使用寿命。本装置即可自动运行在变频调速供水状态,又可以手动控制其启动,停止。

It cannot bring about the pipe’ net split open and the phenomenon of resonance, While turning on the switch. Its water pumps start with the machine of frequency-varying the soft. When starting the water pump, cut over to change its electrical engineering to frequency to adjust automatically soon the appearance descends to proceed the soft starting, dissolving to the impact of the charged barbed , can prolong the water pump’s service life. This device can immediately circulate automatically at frequency -varying adjust to supply water the appearance soon ,can move to control its starting and stopping.
