手术室护士工作在手术室内这一特殊环境中由于手术病人高度集中,加上各种创伤治疗技术,消毒剂的应用形成了手术室内特有的生物性、物理性、化学性环境,同时由于护理工作的高强度性使护理人员经常处于心理学和工效学的高度应激状态,这些不良的职业卫生因素对护理人员造成了慢性、长期性的职业影响和急性突发性危害。因此,重视并预防手术室护土职业的潜在危害,已引起多方关注。为提高护士的身心健康、需要树立正确观念,加强自身保护意识,对手术室各种潜在危害因素进行分析,并在现有基础上提出相应的预防措施。护理人员要认识到健康促进的重要性,要成为公众健康和职业安全的典范,更好地为人民健康服务。

Abstract
The operating room nurse works in the operating room in this special environment as a result of the surgery patient high degree of concentration,in addition each kind of wound treatment technology,the disinfectant application has formed in the operating room the unique biology,the physical property,the chemical properties environment,simultaneously because nurses the work high strength to cause the nursing staff frequently to be at the psychology and the work efficiency study highly should stir up the condition,These negative factors of occupational health nurses created a chronic, long-term effects of occupational hazards and acute it has attention to the operating room improve physical and mental health nurses need to establish a correct concept, strengthen self-protection awareness of the operating room to analyze various potential risk factors, and proposed based on the existing corresponding preventive to recognize the importance of health promotion, public health and to e a model of occupational safety and better health services for the people.
