摘要
随着社会经济的发展,家族企业已成为最普遍,最主要的企业形式之一。资本结构问题是财务管理中十分重要的一个课题,本文从家族企业的涵义和资本结构的观点出发,分析了中国家族企业资本结构存在的问题以及解决的方案。
本文一二章主要阐述了家族企业、资本结构以及家族企业资本结构的涵义,并阐述了国内外关于家族企业资本结构放面的研究成果。
本文第三章展开分析了中国家族企业的特征及其影响因素。主要从融资方式、投资人、资本结构等几个方面分析了中国家族企业的特征,从制度因素、企业规模、控制权、融资成本、企业的发展阶段及其市场竞争程度、家族企业内部资产结构和信息不对称七个方面进行了详细的阐述。
本文第四章主要分析了家族上市企业资本结构对企业价值的影响,并根据上述分析提出了家族企业优化资本结构的内外部对策。内部方面改进的措施主要有:建立完善的公司治理结构,强化财务约束、优化上市家族企业的股权结构、注重家族企业的成长性等等。改善外部环境主要采取的措施有:完善我国的融资制度,为家族企业融资创造一个良好的外部环境、建立和完善我国的信用担保体系等等。

ABSTRACT
With the development of society and economy,family controlled firm has e one of the most popular and important operating patterns for article is based on the meaning of fimily enterprise and its capital the meaning of the family controlled firm and the capital structure of the view,analyses the Chinese family controlled frim’s capital struceure problems and solution.
The frist and second chapter are base on the meaning of the family controlled firm,the capital structure and the capital structure of the family enterprise.
The third chapter analyzes the factors that will affect the capital structure of fimily is mainly about the financing way,investors,capital structure,and so on,to analyzes the characteristics of Chinese family controlled items are the national system,the size,the controlling power,financing cost,the stage of the corportion,the petition,FE assets structure and the information unsymmetry.
The rourth chapter basically analyses of the corporate capital structure of listed family enterprise on these theories,we found that the capital streture of the femily enterprise is not as excellent as it should be,we get two aspects of improving internal measures are as follows:Improve the corporation father structure,enforce the financing restriction,Emphasizing the lines character,Optimizw the structure of the stock-holders,The ecternal measures are the marketing surround
