【摘要】在我国物业管理是一个新型名词,居民住宅小区物业管理则是一个更新的概念。住宅小区物业管理是目前我国物业管理的主要形式,无论是在观念上还是在实践中,物业管理都是我国近年来房地产市场化进程突飞猛进的产物,尤其在新建商品住宅小区的营销过程中,物业管理更成为一个不可或缺的重要内容。本文从居民住宅小区物业管理的存在问题及解决对策加以分析,以探讨、研究物业管理在当前我国居民住宅小区中存在的问题及原因,并找出解决问题的办法,以促进城市住宅小区物业管理的健康发展。

[Abstract] Property management in China is a new term, residential property management is an updated concept. Residential property management is our main form of property management, both in concept and in practice, property management is the process of China's real estate market by leaps and bounds in recent years, the product, especially in the new residential district of the marketing process, property management e an integral and important content. In this paper, residential property management and solution of problems to be analyzed to explore, study property management in residential areas in China's current problems and the reasons ,and find solutions to problems, to promote the city's residential property management and healthy development.
