摘要

随着中国加入 WTO,国家能源和产业政策的进一步调整,省内产业和煤炭
资源结构的优化,集中经营、集团化发展是国内煤炭行业发展的基本趋势和潮流。
面对新的机遇和挑战,带有浓厚行业色彩的山西潞安郭庄煤业有限责任公司如何
发挥自身的优势,加快发展,在激烈的市场竞争中形成具有核心竞争力的大型企
业集团,是一个亟待研究的重要课题。论文以山西潞安郭庄煤业有限责任公司为
研究对象,在企业经营战略管理理论指导下,采用理论联系实际、调查研究、定
性与定量研究相结合的研究方法,提出了公司实施企业集团化战略、产品洁净化
战略、产业多元化战略、前后向一体化战略、横向一体化战略的发展战略方案和
保障措施。
此外,本论文是以煤炭企业为研究背景,围绕笔者所在的山西潞安郭庄煤业
有限责任公司(以下简称“潞安郭庄公司”)发展现状及战略这一主题,通过对
煤炭行业的结构、公司的发展历程、实施的战略及为未来的展望进行分析论述,
大体上遵循了从问题提出,到理论归纳、实践检验、条件分析,再到对策分析的
研究思路和方法,基本上形成了较为完整的有关煤炭行业的研究框架。
本文共分为五章,涉及绪论、煤炭行业结构(五力模型)分析、公司发展历
程与竞争状况分析、公司发展战略的制定与实施以及结论与展望。笔者在对潞安
郭庄公司同行业竞争优劣势分析的基础上,重点探讨了公司发展战略的制定与实
施策略,提出了具体的战略实施保障措施,颇有现实意义和参考价值。

Abstract
