摘要
区位因子,又称区位因素或区位力量,是指经济活动发生在某特定地点而不是发生在其他地点所获得的优势。而基于这些优势,区域内的某些产业就会迅速发展,以至于相同或相似产业因相同的区位条件而产生集聚效应。产业集聚是企业区位选择的结果,区位条件是企业区位选择的约束。形成产业格局后,这些产业集聚形成的产业园区就会成为区域经济发展的增长极,带动区域的经济发展。本文通过研究本溪市的区位优势和劣势,分析其对本溪市相关产业的发展和影响,进而研究如何在区位不佳的区域创造区位条件,在区位良好的区域利用区位条件,为地方政府利用区位因子制定区域经济增长政策提供理论参考。

Discussion about the role of the location factors of economic development in Benxi city
Abstract
Location factor, also known as location factors or location forces. Refers to the economic activity occurs in a specific location, rather than other locations in the advantage it gained. And based on this advantage, some industries in the Region will be the developed rapidly. So the same or similar industry will bring bined effect due to the same location factors. Regional cluster is the result of enterprise location choice, regional conditions are bound by business location choice. After the formation of industrial structure, these industrial park formed by industrial agglomeration will e a regional economic development growth pole, and will Promote regional economic development. This paper studies the Regional advantages and disadvantages of Benxi city, analyze the impact on the related industries in Benxi city, then study how to create Regional advantages with poor conditions and make good use of the Regional advantages in the area with good conditions. To provide a theoretical reference of regional economic growth policy for the local government.
