其诗歌的一个新颖的角度。所以笔者选取《杜甫饮食题材诗歌研究》这个题目,构思
如下:
第一章,对杜甫旅食生涯进行考索,杜甫的一生如他自己所述,可谓是“浮生难
去食”。此章旨在梳理杜甫与饮食的关系,在了解了饮食在杜甫生活中的重要地位之后,
我们才能更好地理解为什么饮食题材能够进入杜甫的视域,成为他诗歌中的一个重要
主题。
第二章,在了解了杜甫的饮食生活基础上探析杜甫饮食题材诗歌中的饥者形象,
其中既有诗人自我的饥者形象,也有饥子、饥女和饥民的形象,并探讨饥者形象的意
义。所谓“饥者歌其食”,只有了解了饥者形象之后,我们才能清楚地理解杜甫创作饮
食题材诗歌的缘起、意义。
第三章,本章主要分析饥者眼中的饮食。紧承上一章,杜甫以饥者眼观饮食,无
论是充饥的粗饭、宴饮的佳馔,还是想象中的美食,都是诗人填充现实饥饿,疗救现
实忧苦的重要方式。
第四章,在前三章的基础上,第四章和第五章分别研究杜甫饮食题材诗歌中所包
含的审美价值以及情感内涵。这一章重点探讨杜甫饮食题材诗歌中的审美价值,其中
包括饮食意境美、饮食意象的营构和饮食题材诗歌的色彩表现艺术。
第五章,本章重点论述杜甫饮食题材诗歌中的情感内涵。其中包括忠君之情、仁
民之情、爱物之情以及对社会矛盾的揭露与忧愤之情。正因为杜甫是一个具有审美眼
