平板电视开关电源技术展望
摘要:电源在一个典型系统中担当着非常重要的角色。电源给系统的电路提供持续、稳定的能量,使系统免受外部的侵扰,并防止系统对外部电源造成污染。相反地,如果电源内部发生故障,不应造成系统的故障。本文基于这个思想,设计和制作一个符合指标要求的电源。
开关电源具有高频率、高功率密度、高效率等优点, 被称作高效节能电源。因此,本设计在20寸液晶电视外置式电源的设计中采用了开关电源技术。
本文以开关电源的发展历史、发展现状以及发展趋势为线索,介绍了开关电源的一些新技术,并利用这些技术设计符合要求的平板电视外置式开关电源。电源设计的主要指标是:电源工作频率为100kHz,输出直流电压24V,,纹波小于220mV;最大输出功率108W;应用功率因数校正技术提高功率因数,;电源整机效率达到80%;此外,本文设计了电源保护电路和安全功能,包括过压保护(OVP)、过流保护(OCP),安全接地;实现了电源的高效率化,环保化,以及安全化。
最后,在完成基本指标的情况下,本文提出了电路改进的几条方案。包括无源功率因数校正电路,无源吸收电路,有源嵌位电路,以期使电路更加完善,电源性能更加优越,电源整机效率更高。

Abstract: the power in a typical system with very important role as. Power system circuits provide sustained, stable energy, make the system from external disturbance, and prevent the system from external power cause pollution. Switching power supply has the high frequency and high power density, high efficiency etc, known as high efficiency and energy saving power. Therefore, this design in 20-inch LCD TV external type power design adopted switch power technology.
In this paper the development history of switch power development, the present situation and development tendency for clues, introduces some new technology of switch power supply and use these technical design to meet the requirements of flat TV external type switch power supply. Power design of the main index is: power working frequency for 100 KHZ, output voltage 24V, maximum deviation smaller than V, ripple less than 220mV; Maximum output power 108W; Application of power factor correction technology improve the power factor, make the power factor reaches more than ; Power machine efficiency achieved 80%; In addition, this paper introduces the design of power protection
