PC轧机换辊小车设计
摘要
本文叙述了鞍钢2150热轧板带钢生产线精轧机换辊小车的设计情况,辊系小车的驱动方式原为链条拖动和液压缸驱动的棘轮机构共同作用,步骤烦琐,换辊时间长,改为动力小车直接驱动后,缩短了换辊时间,提高生产效率。
本文概述了换辊小车的国内外发展情况及其发展方向。主要进行PC轧机换辊小车的设计。利用电机提供动力,使减速器输出轴上的链轮在固定链条上滚动,从而使小车在轨道上运动。利用液压缸使拉出钩绕销轴转动,进行挂钩或推钩,从而使工作辊拉出或推进。最终实现换辊工作。在设计过程中进行了换辊小车的传动方案、工作原理、润滑及环保与经济性分析,重点进行换辊小车的结构设计、工作参数的选择、电动机的选择及计算,设计中主要零部件的计算及校核。
在参阅相关资料并借鉴前人经验的基础上,通过对换辊小车的设计及分析,各项技术均满足要求,本设计具有一定的实际应用价值。

PC roller mill for car design
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the rolling car design of finishing mill on Anshan steel 2150 hot-rolled strip steel plate production line was presented. According original designed, roll changing car was moved by a chain system and a ratchet system. The process was plicated and it spends a lot of time on roller changing. After it was redesigned, roller changing time was shortened and efficiency was highly improved.
This paper outlines the development of domestic and international situation of the rolling car and its development direction. I mainly designed rolling car for PC main roller mill. It used motor to provide electrical power so that sprocket on the output shaft of reducer can roll on the sprocket fixed chain. So rolling car could move along the orbit. It uses hydraulic cylinders to pull hook around the pin rotation, or push or pull hook, so that pulled out or push in the work roll. Rollers changed work could be eventually realized. In the process of designing a car, the driven scheme design, working principle statement, lubrication and environmental protection and economic analysis have been done. The paper mainly focuses on the structural design of car, the choice of motor and working parameters, the calculation and verification of the ponents.
On the basis of consulting the relevant materials and using forefathers' experience for reference, through the design and analysis of rolling car, every indicators reaches the demands, this design has a certain value in actual using.
