摘要从工程实践的角度对 IC 反应器的应用与研究现状进行了介绍, 并对 IC 反应器在工程应用中暴露出来的问题
进行了详细分析,最后指出了 IC 反应器的研究发展趋势,表明 IC 反应器具有产业化的发展前景。

内循环厌氧反应器( Internal Circulation Reactor ,IC) ,是荷高达 25 - 30 kg/ (m3·d) 。此后,广州珠江啤酒公司采用直径
兰 PAQUES 公司于 20 世纪 80 年代中期在 UASB 反应器的基 9. 5 m ,高 20 m 的 IC 反应器,处理啤酒废水 1 000 m3/ d。容积
础上开发成功的第 3 代超高效厌氧反应器。到 1988 年,世负荷最高可达 40 kg/ (m3·d) ,COD 去除率在 75 % - 80 %[8 ,9] 。
界上第 1 座生产性规模的 IC 反应器在荷兰投入运行,到目
前为止,已成功地应用于啤酒生产、造纸、食品加工、柠檬酸
等行业的生产污水治理。
IC 反应器与以 UASB 为代表的第 2 代厌氧反应器相比,
在容积负荷、电耗、工程造价、
