开元煤矿位于山西省晋中市境内,井田南部有石太铁路和太旧高速公路,交通十分便利。井田走向(东西)长平均约5 km,倾向(南北) km, km2。主采煤层两层,即9号和15下号煤层,平均倾角8°, m。井田地质资源/ Mt,工业资源/ Mt,设计资源/ Mt,可采资源/ Mt, a。井田地质条件简单。表土层平均厚度40 m;矿井正常涌水量为140 m3/h,最大涌水量为220 m3/h;煤层硬度系数f=,煤质为瘦煤、贫煤; m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层无自燃发火倾向,为Ш类不易自燃煤层;煤层无爆炸危险。
矿井采用双立井单水平开拓,采用中央分列式通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为倾斜走向长壁采煤法。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用轨道运输。
矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为:实行“三八”制。

ABSTRACT
This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper.
The general design is about a Mt/a new underground mine design of kaiyuan coal mine. It contains ten chapters: and the geographical features of the mining field; and reserves of the mining field; system, designed mine capacity and mine life; of mining field; in strip district; mining method; conveying; exaltation; ventilation and safety technology; basic technical and economic index.
Kaiyuan coal mine lies in Yangquan, Shangdong province. As shitai railway and taijiu highway run across the southern part of the mining field, the traffic is very convenient. It’s about 5 km on the strike and km on the dip,with the km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seams of this mine are 9 and 15下 with the average thickness of m and m , the average dip of 8°. The geological resources/reserves of this coal mine are Mt, the proved resources/reserves are Mt , the designed resources/reserves are Mt and the minable resources/reserves are 156.
