摘要
氮气贮罐是储存氮气的压力容器,本次设计中详细制定了氮气贮罐罐体部分的制作工艺和焊接滚轮架的设计。
根据压力容器的制造标准,此氮气贮罐属于Ⅰ类压力容器。其设计、制造、-2010《固定式压力容器》的规定。该产品主体部分由16MnR钢制作完成,其它配件部分由Q235钢制作完成。而16MnR钢和Q235钢的力学性能和焊接性能均良好。
通过分析母材的各种性能以及氮气贮罐的结构特点,编制出适合氮气贮罐的生产工艺流程。主要为贮罐的筒体制作工艺、贮罐的封头制作工艺和贮罐的总装配焊接工艺。贮罐筒体的制作主要涉及母材的复检、划线下料、筒节的卷制和卷制完成后的矫圆等。而贮罐封头的制作除了母材的复检、划线下料之外还涉及到封头的压制、二次切割等重要制作工艺。筒体与封头制作完成之后需进行总装配焊接,在总装配焊接时,应根据产品的制作工艺特点选择合适的夹具及焊接工艺装备,以提高制作产品的生产效率,此文将对自调式焊接滚轮架进行设计。最后,结合产品的技术要求,采用无损检测和水压试验对氮气贮罐进行检验。

Abstract
Nitrogen tank is stored nitrogen pressure vessel. The design of the nitrogen storage tank formulated the detail ponents manufacturing technique and turning rolls design.
According to the standard of pressure containers, this nitrogen storage tanks is belonged to I kind of pressure container. Its design, manufacturing, examination and acceptance should conform to the provision of —2010《stationary pressure containers》.The main part of the product produced by the 16MnR steel, other parts of steel produced in part by the Q235. The 16MnR steel and Q235 steel mechanical properties and welding properties are fine.
By analyzing the various properties of parent material and the structural characteristics of the nitrogen tank, nitrogen tank suitable for the preparation of the production main tank of the tube production process, storage tanks and tank head production process of final assembly welding process. Mainly related to the production of cylinder tank base metal re-examination, marking cutting, tube and section rolling rolling circle after pletion of such tank head production in addition to the base metal re-examination, marking involves cutting head in addition to the repression, the second cut, and other important production of the cylinder and head assembly after pletion of the total need of welding, welding in the general assembly should be based on characteristics of their production process and select the appropriate
