Studied thethermal expansion e?ect of microwave cavity, analyzed the steam temperature changes a?ectingwetness measurement, and designed a temperature pensation structure of resonant showed that, due to the heating of the viscous dissipation of steam, the temperature ofcavity is higher than mainstream and higher when ?ow faster, as well as thetemperature di?erencebetween the cavity and the support ring is bigger. In de?nite temperature range, with the ratio-nal design of cavity temperature pensation structure, the resonant frequency is almost notchange with temperature.
