摘要

本文尝试以个人层面上的跨文化传播者为研究对象,以文献分析和内容分析
为主要研究方法,以历史的视角,通过考察国内外历史上优秀跨文化传播者,围
绕素养和能力两个方面进行分析,剖析作为个人层面的跨文化传播者所应具备的
素质。通过研究提出了个人层面的跨文化传播者应具备的五个方面的素养和六个
方面的能力。并古为今用,在此基础上,对我国孔子学院教师这一广大跨文化传
播者开路先锋的素质及其定位提出了建议。
本研究对于我们进一步认识跨文化传播中个人层面的传播者,丰富传播者内
涵,提高跨文化传播效果研究具有一定的意义。同时,对于孔子学院教师素质修
养及其选派具有借鉴和指导意义,对于当今教育国际化,培养具有国际传播视野
的人才亦有一定的参考价值。
由于本人学识理论水平以及时间和条件等所限,本研究还有待深入,同时关
于史上优秀跨文化传播者案例资源的第一手资料笔者还需进一步地挖掘、搜集与
思考。

Abstract

Above all, this paper tries to research the personal level of intercultural
communicator by use document analysis method and content analysis method,
describe municators’ outstanding achievement in history by
historical perspective, and then refine indispensable basic plishment and
professional skills of the municators. Ultimately obtain the pioneer
communicator Confucius Institute teachers need to develop and enhance overall
quality through by learning from outstanding municators in history.
For us to further understand the personal level of municator,
municator content and improving munication effect by this
research. At the same time, it is guidance to the Confucius Institute teachers' quality
cultivation and chosen, it is also the reference value of training international
communication vision of talent in the education internationalization.
