摘要:
塑料成型是塑料加工中最普遍的方法,作为塑料成型加工的工具之一的塑料注射模具,在质量,精度,制造周期,以及注射过程中的生产效率等方面影响着产品的质量,产量,成本。产品的更新换代对模具设计水平有了更高的要求。
本设计以电视机遥控器电池盖的注塑模具设计为主要内容,详细介绍了注射模的设计的一般流程,注塑模具的设计一般包括:注塑机的选用,浇注系统的设计,成型零件的设计,抽芯机构的设计,冷却系统的设计以及注塑机参数的校核。在注射模中,模具设计和程序控制的改善,越来越多地依赖于CAD\CAE技术,如基于PROE/MOLDESIGN的模具型腔设计,基于PROE/EMX的模架及零部件的设计和开模仿真,基于MOLDFLOW的模流分析。

Abstract:
The plastic molding is the most popular plastic processing method of plastic molding process, as one of the tools of plastic injection mould, in quality, accuracy, manufacturing cycle, and in the process of injection production efficiency affect the quality of the products, production, costs. The upgrading of products to mold design standards have higher requirements.
This design with television remote control the cover of injection mold design as the main content, detailed introduces the design of injection mould the general flow of injection mold design, the general include: the selection of injection molding machine, the design of gating system, the design of the molding part, core-pulling mechanism design, the design of the cooling system and injection molding machine parameters of checking. In injection mould, mould design and program control improved, more and more dependent on CAD/CAE technology, such as PROE/MOLDESIGN based on the mold cavity design based on PROE/EMX, the mode of the frame and parts design and open imitate true, based on MOLDFLOW of mold flow analysis.
