摘要随着我国经济发展和城市开发,住宅小区越来越成为居住的主流,小区物业管理是针对当代社会这一市场需要应运而生的。用计算机操作的小区物业管理系统是为小区管理者和小区用户更好的维护各项物业管理业务处理工作而开发的管理软件,根据需求分析,实现小区管理业务,效益已越来越明显。在现代化物业管理中,为了加强对物业的管理,为了不断满足日益增加的住宅和服务的需求,充分发挥所管理的物业的各项人才、设备和信息优势,提高经济效益,以达到最大的投资回报率及用户满意率,需要规划一整套科学、严密、高效、实用的物业管理系统,对人员、设备、服务、信息、财务及各项活动实施全面管理。小区物业管理系统是典型的信息管理系统,其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面,对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库,而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。经过分析,我使用B/S模式开发此系统,JSP作为开发语言,SQLServer2000作为后台数据库,使系统具有较强的移植性以及较广的应用范围。关键词:物业管理系统,JavaBean,JDBC,Tomcat,B/SABSTRACTAlongwithChineseeconomicdevelopmentandurbandevelopment,-operateddistrictpropertymanagementsystemfordistrictmanagersanddistrictuserstobettersafeguardthepropertymanagementbusinessprocessingandthedevelopmentofthemanagementsoftware,demandanalysis,anddistrictmanagementbusiness,,inordertostrengthenthemanagementofproperty,constantlymeetthegrowingdomesticdemandandservices,andgivefullplaytothemanagementofthepropertybythetalent,equipmentandinformation,enhanceeconomicefficiency,soastoachievethegreatestrateofreturnoninvestmentandcustomersatisfactionrate,itneedawholesetofscientificplanning,tight,efficientandpracticalpropertymanagementsystemforpersonnel,equipment,services,information,,includingdevelopmentofitskeydatabasebackgroundtotheestablishmentandmaintenanceoffront-,,itneedstodemandtheapplicationfunctions,andeasy-to-,thewriterusestheB/Spatternofdevelopmentofthissystem,JSPasadevelopmentlanguage,:PropertyManagementSystem,JavaBean,JDBC,Tomcat,B/S目录第1章绪论 1第2章系统概述 3第3章系统分析 5
