RP—HPLC法测定新疆 6种红枣中芦丁的含量

摘要:目的建立测定新疆地产红枣中芦丁的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPIc)测定新
疆 6种红枣中芦丁的含量。色谱条件:KromasilC。柱( iTlm×250 mm,5 m), 磷酸(19
:81),流速为 ml/min,检测0 lJ 波长为 254nm,柱温室温。结果芦丁峰面积与进样量在 O~ 2 g
范围内有良好的线性关系( 8),平均回收率为 ,RSD为 (,z一6)。结论反相高效液相
色谱法快速、准确、可靠,可用于红枣中芦丁含量的测定。
