论日本政府回避中日自由贸易区的原因与对策

[内容提要] 对于中国政府主动建议的中日自由贸易区,日本政府采取了回避的态度。这意味着日本政府不仅在政治上没有真正把中国作为友好的国家,而且在经济上也没有真正把中日经济关系作为推动日本经济发展和结构调整的有利因素。其背后则是日本政府蓄意争夺东亚经济联合的主导权。鉴于中日自由贸易区是打破当前中日关系僵局的重要途径,对发展中日经济关系和促进东亚自由贸易区、东亚共同体的发展都具有重要的意义,中国应该一如既往地继续倡导中日自由贸易区。

[Abstract] Japanese government took the attitude of avoidance to the suggestion by Chinese government to establish Sino-Japan free trade zone. This implies that the Japanese government does not treat China as a neighborhood of good relations in political sense and not economically view Sino-Japan economic relations as a favorable factor in boosting Japanese economic development and structure adjustment either, behind which lies the intention of Japanese government to take the dominance of East-Asia economic alliance. In view that Sino-Japan free trade zone is an important path for breaking the stalemate between the two countries and matters a great deal to the promotion of Sino-Japan economic relations and East-Asia free trade zone and to the development of East munity, China should therefore persist in furthering Sino-Japan free trad
