摘要
进入21世纪以来,随着能源短缺和环境问题的日益突出,智能电网成为全球电力工业应对未来挑战的共同选择。
本文阐述了智能电网的及智能变电站的概念和特点,说明了智能电网与传统电网的不同,智能电网应该具有安全可靠、经济高效、清洁环保、透明开放和友好互动等特点,智能电网的基本技术特征是信息化、自动化、互动化。本文主要讨论了智能变电站信息与通信方面的问题,以求设计出一个通信系统,该系统必须能满足电网通信标准,且应保证信息传递的可靠,安全,双向,实时,高速和集成等特点,实现一个信息平台,提高信息来源的一致性,实现信息格式的标准化,保证信息时标的同步,提高数据的精度。实现智能电网的标准化、规范化、信息化。

Abstract
Entering the 21st century, with the energy shortage and environmental problems have e increasingly prominent, smart grid of the global power industry should e mon choices for the future challenges.
This paper expounds the intelligent grid and intelligent substation, and explains the concept and characteristics of intelligent power grid and traditional different, intelligent grid power should have a safe and reliable, economic efficiency, clean environmental protection, transparent open and friendly interactive features, the basic technical characteristics of intelligent power grid is an information-based, automation, interactive digestion. This paper mainly discusses intelligent substation information munication problems, in order to design munication system, this system must be able to meet the munication standards, and shall ensure that the information transmission and reliable, safe, bidirectional, real-time, high speed and integrated features, achieve a information platform, and improve the consistency of the information source, to realize information format standardized, guarantee information,
