小区物业管理系统的设计与实现
摘要:本文实现了一个小区的物业管理系统,小区物业管理系统面向小区的的各项事务,包括小区基本信息管理,物业收费管理,维修管理等业务处理工作,是为了利用计算机进行集中管理而开发的系统。,SQL server 2000为后台数据库进行开发,系统基于C/S模式。本系统共分为住户信息管理、物业信息管理、收费信息管理、投诉信息管理、报修信息管理以及维修物资信息管理、系统管理等模块,其功能基本涵盖了小区物业管理的各个方面。
本设计说明书遵循软件工程的原理及开发步骤,介绍了本课题的开发背景、技术路线和详细开发过程,并着重说明了开发时遇到的技术难点和解决方案。

The design and the realization of residential property management system
Abstract: This project is the part of the design and implementation of residential property management system, residential property management system for the area of services, including residential basic information management, property management fees, maintenance management business processing is to puters to centralized management and development system. The system is prospects for the development tool for SQL server 2000 database development background, the system based on C/S model. The system consists of household information management, property information management, and information management, complaints information management, information management and maintenance repair materials information management, system management module, and its function covering all aspects of residential property management.
Guided by the design specification and development of software engineering principles steps, introduced the topic of background, technical detail and line development process, and highlighted the development of the technical difficulties encountered and solutions.
