白洋淀湿地旅游型小城镇生态规划的可持续性研究
摘要
小城镇可持续发展是我国可持续性发展进程的重要组成部分。本文研究的对象白洋淀
湿地,地处缺水的华北平原半干旱区,是该地区最大的天然淡水湖泊。独特的资源与区域
优势使其发挥着缓洪滞沥、蓄水兴利、调节气候、保护生物多样性以及渔苇生产和生态旅
游的生态功能,在华北地区具有典型性和代表性。但是在城乡经济发展与工业化水平提高
带给白洋淀湿地生态环境恶化、历史文化湮没、城镇特色丧失等问题,造成小城镇环境水
平的落后。因此,小城镇规划设计需要引入新的基于生态的规划方法与理念,以此引导和
促进我国小城镇科学、健康的发展。
论文采用理论与实践相结合的方法,选取河北省保定市安新县作为研究案例,建立生
态规划的思想,力图解决目前发展过程中面临的人居环境落后、生态破坏严重、缺乏可持
续发展动力、历史文化与特色有所丧失等诸多问题,在相关生态规划设计理论及其相关技
术层面对上述问题和矛盾进行研究。

ABSTRACT
The wetland produced the life for the humanity to provide resources and so on water
resources, biological resources, energy, transportation and traveling, was on the Earth most has
one of productive forces ecosystem. Wetland physics, chemistry and the biology constituent
correlation, in the adjustment climate, the self-control water source, stores floodwater for use
against drought, aspects and so on purification water quality, protection biodiversity has the
environment function and the ecology benefit which other systems cannot be substituted,
therefore the wetland and the forest, the sea for the whole world three big ecosystem, are the
human with emphasis protection objects together. As “green industry” the traveling industry
emerges gradually along with the people living standard unceasing enhancement. This article
object of study Baiyang Marsh wetland, the attendance lacks the water the Huabei Plain
semi-arid region, is this local biggest natural fresh water lake. The unique resources and the
geographical superiority enables it to display slow releases the flood, the adjustment climate, the
protection biodiversity as well as the fishing reed production and the eco-tourism ecology
function. Has the typical nature and the representation in the North China area.
