A Letter to the University President
about the Canteen Service on Campus (CET4&6 2002. 1)
Dear Mr. President,
I'm writing to you to express our dissatisfaction with the poor conditions of the canteen on campus.
Firstly, the food is awful. Though there are some delicious foods, yet they are always the same. Many students plaining about eating the same food day after day. So I suggest canteen should often change their menu and offer a variety of foods.
Secondly, the price is a bit unreasonable. We have to spend more than 8 yuan on each meal, which seems to be unfair because it is more expensive than to have meals outside campus. Many of us hope that the canteen can provide us with not only delicious but also cheaper food.
Finally, the environment is so noisy that we can't enjoy our meals in good mood. I suggest that there be some nice music to help us relax.
Those presented suggestions are not just of my own, but also of many other students. We sincerely hope our respectable president will pay attention to our suggestions so as to improve the service of our school canteen.
