琥珀酸磺酸盐双子表面活性剂的合成及性能

摘要:以顺丁烯二酸酐、正辛醇、乙二醇和亚硫酸氢钠为主要原料,采用新的合成路线,合成了一种Gemini双子表面活性剂——乙二醇双琥珀酸双辛酯磺酸钠。通过正交实验以及单因素实验确定了合成的最佳工艺条件:单酯化反应,n(顺丁烯二酸酐):n(正辛醇)=:,反应温度90℃,时间为2h;双酯化反应,n(单酯):n(乙二醇)=:,反应温度为105℃,催化剂w(对甲苯磺酸)%(质量百分数)=%,时间为3h;磺化反应,n(双酯):n(亚硫酸氢钠)=:,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为90min。利用红外光谱对每步产物进行了表征,×10-4mol/L,表面张力γ(cmc)。

Abstract: Maleic anhydride, n-octanol, ethylene glycol and NaHSO3 as the main raw material , a new gemini surfactants-ethylene glycol inate octyl sulfonatesodium was synthesized by a new synthetic route. The optimum conditions obtained by orthogonal test and single factor experiments. Single-esterification was carried out under 90℃ for 2h at a ratio of n(maleic anhydride):n(N-octanol)=:. Diesterification was carried out at 105℃ for 3h, with n(Maleic acid mono-octyl):n(Glycol):,and % P-methyl benzenesulfonic. the final product was obtained by the Sulfonation of diester under 85℃ for 90min and at a ratio of n(diester):n(NaHSO3)=:.
