摘要:众所周知,冰雹和雨、雪一样都是云中形成并下降的,只不过生成冰雹的云是一种发展十分强盛的积雨云,而且只有发展特别旺盛的积雨云才可能降冰雹。冰雹人类居住的地球面面临着前所未有的环境威胁,众多学术组织及不同领域的科学家正在分析和研究对策。我国是世界上人工防雹较早的国家之一。由于我国雹灾严重,所以防雹工作得到了政府的重视和支持。目前,已有许多省建立了长期试验点,并进行了严谨的试验,取得了不少有价值的科研成果。开展人工防雹,使其向人们期望的方向发展,达到减轻灾害的目的。本论文注意概述了国内外有关人工防雹科学技术的形成、发展与实践过程。介绍了冰雹的基本特征、降雹的时空规律等科学知识。论述了冰雹和冰雹形成的机理、宏微观特征及演变规律。介绍了冰雹的预警预报和国内外有关新技术在该领域中的应用。结合世界范围人工防雹技术的应用与发展,介绍了我国人工防雹的总体布局。对冰雹灾害的特征及历史上重大灾例进行了简要介绍。也简单介绍了冰雹灾害的评估和应急响应的内容,包括冰雹灾害风险的评估、信息的收集上报以及灾害发生后的应急响应措施![1]

Abstract: as we all know, hail and rain, snow is as the cloud formation and decline, just generating the hail cloud is a kind of very strong cumulonimbus cloud, and only the vigorous development of special cumulonimbus might drop the hail. The hail human living in the earth surface facing unprecedented environmental threat, many anization and the different areas of scientists are analyzed and the countermeasures. Our country is world artificial hail suppression of earlier one of the countries. Because our country hail serious, so hail suppression work from the government recognition and support. At present, many provinces have established long-term sites, and the rigorous test and has a lot of valuable scientific research achievements. Develop artificial hail suppression, make its people to the expected direction development, to reduce the purpose of the disaster. This paper reviewed the attention of artificial hail suppression, the formation of the science and technology development and the process of practice. Introduces the basic characteristics, drop hail hail space and time laws and other scientific knowledge. Discusses the hail hail and the mechanism of formation of the macro and micro characteristics, and evolution. Introduces the forecast and
