基本病种和基本诊疗项目界定研究:珠海市经验

【摘要】目的:对珠海市医疗机构门诊就诊的基本病种及基本诊疗项目进行界定。方法:采用分层抽样
和德尔菲法(DelphiMethod)对基本病种及基本诊疗项目进行分析。结果: 1)门诊病种有 146种,分布较广,三
个区门诊主要为上呼吸道感染,占 26% ~40% ; 2)诊疗项目 1 864项,总使用频数 563 633;对使用频数前 200
位的项目进行分类、汇总合并、排序。结论:基本病种为 83种,基本诊疗项目为 53项。
