摘要
㎡,,层数为6层。建筑总体选型为矩形,结构为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,抗震设防烈度为7度,抗震等级为三级,混凝土框架结构,具有较强的抗震性能。在本次结构设计时选取一榀框架进行设计,恒荷载作用下采用迭代法进行计算,活荷载作用采用分层法计算,水平荷载作用采用D值法计算,截面设计中应考虑“强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯”的原则进行内力调整,进行了楼面板与楼梯设计,楼板采用双向板,楼梯采用板式楼梯,在进行设计过程中,结构设计以手算为主,并以计算机辅助,用PKPM进行计算和验算,从而保证了计算的准确性和结构的安全性。
