摘要
建立现代企业制度是我国国有企业改革的方向。在向现代企业制度转变中, 从战略管理的高度重新确立财务管理在现代企业管理中的地位,培育和完善与现代企业制度相适应的财务管理机制,是深化企业改革的一个重要课题。企业财务管理的重要性已经被越来越多的企业家和企业管理人员所认同,相信通过加强财务管理,必会增加企业的竞争能力,提高企业抵抗市场风险的能力,扩大企业盈利。企业要在新经济时代的竟争中站稳脚跟,只有加强财务管理,才能保证企业可持续发展,有效防范经营风险。本文站在企业的角度谈了财务管理的作用,以及如何作好以财务管理为核心的企业管理,说明了财务管理始终贯穿于企业经营活动的全过程,并且企业经营运行的好坏,最终也体现在财务收支结果上,所以说,财务管理是企业管理的中心和灵魂。
