企业文化发源于日本,形成于美国。1982年7月,美国哈佛大学教授泰伦斯·狄尔(Terrence Deal)和麦肯锡咨询公司顾问爱伦·肯尼迪(Allan Kennedy)合著的《企业文化》一书正式出版,标志着企业文化这一新的管理理论诞生。
企业文化是企业中的人们以共有的价值观为核心形成的一系列特有的认识事物、处理问题的思维方式、行为方式、制度、规范、传统和习惯。
