该工程位于广东中山市,冬季可采暖也可不采暖。整栋建筑为六层单元式住宅楼,层高三米。室外市政给水管位于整栋建筑北侧,,埋深为-,市政排水管也位于建筑北侧,埋深为-。
本设计的设计范围包括:1)建筑给水工程;2)建筑排水工程

本设计是一座六层单元式住宅楼,根据设计资料,,相当于35m的水柱高,初步确定给水系统所需压力:
10 + 2 +(6-2)× 4 = 28m < 35m
所以室外给水管网的水压在整天均能满足该六层建筑的需要。因此可以选用直接给水方式。此供水方式是最简单、最经济的给水方式。
建筑给水系统组成包括:引入管、水表节点、室内给水管网、给水附件、配水设施、给水设施。
本建筑给水系统采用的是各户独立立管的给水方式,水表统一在地下引入管处,设一个水表箱,这样便于管理,及独立维护。


给水用水量定额与时变化系数,由课程设计原始资料可知,此六层单元式住宅的卫生器具设置有:大便器、洗脸盆、洗涤盆、洗衣机、沐浴设备、故其属于普通住宅Ⅱ,由《建筑给排工程》课本岳秀萍主编选用:

由表1-3可得用水定额在130~300 L/(人·d)~,结合地理位置及实际情况选用:用水定额:300 L/(人·d)、小时变化系数取:。
用水单位数:
由图纸可知其为单元式,每单元均为E型三卧式,故以每户4人计算。且其为单元式分户独立立管式给水方式,故其单元数为4人。
最高日用水量及最大小时用水量:
最高日用水量:Qd = m·qd ······①
最高日平均用水量:Qp = Qd / T ······②
最高日最大小时用水量:Qh = Qp·kh ······③
其中:m=4(人)、qd=300 L/(人·d)、kh=①②③
得到:Qd = 4×300 = m3/d
Qp = Qd / T= / 24 = m3/h
Qh = × = m3/h

本设计是住宅给水系统,故其设计秒流量采用的计算方法是概率法。
首先应根据每户配置的卫生器具给水当量、使用人数用水定额等参数,求出最大用水时卫生器具给水当量平均出流概率U0
