Abstract
The strategy of Central China Rising has been in the process of this
background,With the rapid and stable growth in economy in recent years,Wuhan
metropolitan area as the most important area of central region catches more attention from
home and abroad. But hoping to take the lead in rising in Central China and promote the
economy of Central China rising rapidly is closely depend on the level of development in
petency and long-petitive advantage in the area. The industy is the
outeome of economy accumulating before and the basis of economy rising in the
shows the way and level of economic it is the main factor and core
power for promoting regional economy it determines the integrated
competitiveness of the region and the People’s living level to a great extent.
Therefore, the study of the petitiveness of Wuhan metropolitan area is
an important subject which has challenging and far-reaching significance. This paper starts
from analyzing petence for Wuhan metropolitan area, chooses some relevant
classical theories on petence as the bases of the study, try to find out the
major factors that affect the improvement of the petitiveness of Wuhan
metropolitan area and explore the approaches to improve petitiveness of
serving the economy of Wuhan metropolitan area better.
There are six parts in this paper. Part one, mainly explains the study
background,purpose and significance, the content of the document and the content and
structure of this paper,in order to give readers a whole understanding of the
two,introduces the theory basis on industry’petition, meanings and running
