基于PLC矿泉水自动灌装系统的设计
摘要
随着时代的发展,科技的进步,越来越多的行业正在向着自动化的方向发展。
1913年,汽车大王福特在他的工厂里设置第一条自动化生产线。之后自动化生产线的生产模式被迅速推广,医药、汽车、食品等行业争相使用高效率、低成本的生产自动化生产线。
在饮料行业,自动化生产线的生产方式是推广的最普及的一种生产模式,它促使灌装的速度大幅提升,同时也使得灌装精度更高,给企业带来了不可小觑的生产力。
本文所涉及的矿泉水灌装自动化生产线采用PLC控制,流量计计量,确保了灌装的速度和精度。本设计采用三菱FX系列PLC及多电动机控制,对自动化生产线的喷头、传送带以及拦截杆进行多动作的操作。
从我国基本国情的角度出发,国家的战略需求和国民经济的市场需求为导向,以提高我为目标,用系统的方法,选择能够主导21世纪初期我国自动化生产线关键技术以及支持产业化发展的支撑技术、配套技术作为研究开发的内容,实现自动化生产线的跨跃式发展。

BASED ON PLC MINERAI WATER AUTOMATIC FILLING SYSTEM DESIGN
ABSTRACT

With the development of The Times, the progress of science and technology, more and more industry is moving towards the direction of automation.
In 1913, the ford in his factory set first automated production line. After automated production line production pattern is rapid popularization, medical, automotive, food industry etc scramble to use high efficiency, low cost automated production line.
In beverage industry, automated production line mode of production is to promote the most popular a kind of production mode, it causes the filling speed increases, but make the filling a higher precision, to bring enterprise cannot small gaze of productivity.
This paper involves the mineral water filling automation production line adopts PLC control, flowmeter metering, insure the filling speed and precision. The design USES mitsubishi FX series PLC and more motor control, automatic production lines sprayer, conveyors and intercept stem more action operation.
From the perspective of our country's basic conditions, the state's strategic needs of national economy market demand oriented, in order to improve our petitive capability and automatic production lines for the industrialization level target, use the method of system, selection of the early 21st century in China can dominate automatic production lines and support the industrialization development and key technology supporting technologies, supporting technology as rese
